Key Amazon Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to manage Amazon accounts, driving optimal performance and growth across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, Amazon account optimization, including product listings and pricing strategies.
  3. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
  4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure alignment on client goals and strategies.
  5. Problem Solving: Address any operational challenges or account-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Amazon account management, ideally in an eCommerce agency or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Sponsored Ads, A+ Content, and other Amazon tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
