
Senior Amazon Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Amazon Account Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-profile client accounts, developing strategic advertising plans, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Sponsored Ads, A+ Content, and other Amazon tools. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex client relationships effectively.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring optimal performance and growth across Amazon.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, Amazon account optimization, including product listings, and pricing strategies.
- Sales & Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure alignment on client goals and strategies.
- Problem Solving: Address any operational challenges or account-related issues promptly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and a proven track record in Amazon account management, ideally in an eCommerce agency or related field. They will also possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
