The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Services Manager to join our team and drive change and influence the organization to achieve best practice in project controls and services nationally.
Key Responsibilities- Elevate our project management practices by implementing consistency across key areas of the business, including project controls, estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, and enterprise risk management.
- Implement and maintain project management systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Develop and implement business process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and reduce costs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices in project management.
- 10+ years' experience with major projects, preferably in a design and construct environment.
- Broad experience across project controls and services, including estimating, planning and scheduling, cost control, resource planning, earned value management, and enterprise risk management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of change management principles.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives and project management systems implementations.
- Experience in the areas of Training and Development, Project Governance and Assurance, Benchmarking and Data Analytics and Reporting.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or OPC, In Eight, Teambinder, Hard Dollar, and Power BI systems.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering will be highly regarded.
