Complex Matter Resolution Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to undertake case management of complex matters and analyse options for early resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Case management of complex matters and developing options for early resolution.
- Obtaining necessary information and advice to effectively resolve matters.
- Attending conferences, conciliations and hearings conducted by the relevant authorities.
- Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at meetings.
- Assessing and responding to priorities and risks, including risk to participants, scheme sustainability and relevant stakeholders.
- Individual case management of matters involving risk and vulnerable participants.
- Experience interpreting information and legislation to reach an agreed resolution.
- Decision making skills and ability to justify decisions based on evidence.
- Knowledge of schemes supporting people with disabilities.
- Ability to engage easily with diverse range of people.
- Ability to achieve individual and team goals and targets.
