About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

">
  1. The HSE Advisor will conduct audits of the HSE Management System and its implementation for compliance and continuous improvement.
  2. They will support the collection of HSE Management System performance data and reporting.
  3. The successful candidate will advise workers on Health, Safety, Wellness and Injury Management responsibilities.
  4. They will implement or assist with the implementation of control measures to address HSE risk.
  5. Our HSE Advisor will facilitate communication and consultation of necessary HSE information across all sites in the region.

Requirements

">
  • A minimum 3 years' experience as a HSE Advisor in a high-risk industry (ideally rail).
  • The ability to build HSE capability and safety leadership of managers, employees, and contractors.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety is essential.
