Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a lead in the review and implementation of improvements to working practices and systems within the Agency in relation to antimicrobial stewardship.
  • Support the Clinical Pharmacy team and contribute to the development and review of clinical guidelines.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and enhance education for healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in pharmacy approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
  • Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
