Team Leader Role

This role is a leadership opportunity to oversee daily cleaning tasks at an assigned site and support a small team of cleaners across nearby centers.

Job Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring high-standard cleaning services are delivered on time and within scope. This involves hands-on training, regular site visits, and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-standard cleaning services at the assigned center.
  • Supervise and support team members through hands-on training and regular site visits.
  • Monitor team attendance using internal systems and ensure adequate shift coverage.
  • Act as the first point of contact for on-site queries and escalate urgent issues to the supervisor.
  • Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with City Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a small team.
  • Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Ownership of a smartphone for using internal systems.
  • Australian working rights.
Availability
  • Monday to Friday between 7:00pm and 11:00pm.
