Who We Need

We are seeking full-time cleaning leading hands to undertake cleaning and supervisory responsibilities within our energetic team at a premier Aged Care or Independent Living Facility in the West region. Previous experience in an Aged Care environment is advantageous but not required.

What You'll Do
  1. Oversee and assist the team with daily cleaning operations.
  2. Support the quality of life and wellbeing of elderly residents.
  3. Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including front and back of house areas.
  4. Follow schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  5. Perform other cleaning-related duties as required.
What You'll Need
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting at 7 am.
  • Experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor in a commercial or housekeeping environment is desirable.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Two Covid-19 vaccinations and a current Influenza vaccination.
  • Valid police check and NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Good presentation, grooming, and communication skills.
