This role is designed for experienced professionals seeking a leadership opportunity where they can combine their passion for team development and problem-solving with expertise in experience management.

About This Leadership Opportunity

You will lead a team of technical success managers to deliver high-touch support and technology configuration services to our enterprise-tier customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Team Development: Grow and lead a team of technical success managers to drive program adoption and usage, as well as technical thought partnership and strategy.
  • Talent Management: Help hire, onboard, train, and retain top talent.
  • Career Guidance: Provide coaching and mentorship to guide career development for technical success managers.
  • Team Performance: Manage team capacity, forecasting, financial performance, and resource allocation.
  • XM Strategy: Drive XM in the regulated business segment, focusing on renewing and growing our current customer base and assuming revenue responsibility for one of our fast-growing segments.

About You

We're looking for individuals with 5+ years of professional experience in a combination of strategy, consulting, operations, product management, or an equivalent field. Prior leadership experience, including building and leading teams and managing successful teams, is required. A proven track record of successfully building scalable business operations and delivering key business results is also essential.

Your Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a combination of strategy, consulting, operations, product management, or an equivalent field.
  • Leadership Skills: Prior leadership experience, including building and leading teams and managing successful teams.
  • Prior Client Relationship Management: Prior client relationship management experience, including direct interaction with C-level/Senior Director+ level stakeholders.
  • Prioritization Skills: Strong prioritization skills with the ability to drive multiple concurrent projects from beginning to end.
