
Campus Engagement Manager

Job Description:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing campus events, supporting the campus strategy, and creating a strong experience for interns. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute firm events and activities at universities (career fairs, information sessions, interview scheduling, etc.).
- Support full-cycle campus recruiting for internships and entry-level roles, including application review, video interview review, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure completion of pre-onboarding tasks and provide support to candidates through their start date.
- Help plan and coordinate various internship programs, highlighting each step of the process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, required.
- 0-3 years of recruiting experience, internship experience, and campus engagement preferred.
- Previous experience with campus recruiting, internship programs, or college outreach is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the firm and at target schools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and maintain professionalism with internal and external clients.
