Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing campus events, supporting the campus strategy, and creating a strong experience for interns. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute firm events and activities at universities (career fairs, information sessions, interview scheduling, etc.).
  2. Support full-cycle campus recruiting for internships and entry-level roles, including application review, video interview review, and interview scheduling.
  3. Ensure completion of pre-onboarding tasks and provide support to candidates through their start date.
  4. Help plan and coordinate various internship programs, highlighting each step of the process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, required.
  • 0-3 years of recruiting experience, internship experience, and campus engagement preferred.
  • Previous experience with campus recruiting, internship programs, or college outreach is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the firm and at target schools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and maintain professionalism with internal and external clients.
