About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our omnichannel marketing activity, brand expansion, content strategy, and campaign delivery.

You will develop and execute the annual marketing calendar and go-to-market strategy, lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, loyalty, influencer, and in-store channels, oversee content and communications strategy, manage the content critical path and creative workflow, collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent brand experiences, analyse campaign performance, build and manage the marketing team, partner with community organisations on key initiatives and events, and champion brand consistency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven campaign success and data-led decision making
  • Skilled stakeholder manager with cross-functional experience
  • Creative and customer-centric, with a clear understanding of brand strategy
  • Experienced in content planning, budgeting, and media scheduling
  • Excellent communicator, highly organised, and detail-oriented
