**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to lead our retail marketing plans across physical and digital channels.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies in collaboration with creative agency partners, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Point-of-Sale Development: Design and develop Global Point-of-Sale support collateral for new product launches.
  • Regional Support: Present marketing campaigns to regional stakeholders, aligning on local market launch strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a consumer product or similar marketing role.
  • Proven ability to manage agency relationships effectively.
  • High attention to detail, copywriting, and proof-reading skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing resources efficiently.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, managing global and regional stakeholders.
