Make a Difference in Child Mental Health

Are you passionate about supporting children and families? We have an exciting opportunity for skilled Social Workers to join our multidisciplinary team within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health service in Regional Victoria.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers both full-time and part-time positions with flexible commencement dates. As a Social Worker, you will be working closely with other professionals to enhance client-centered care and make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for children and families.
  • Develop and implement tailored clinical treatment plans addressing biological, psychological, and social needs.
  • Provide ongoing risk management and crisis intervention.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client-centered care.
  • Participate in regular clinical reviews and engage in continuous learning and improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based, family-inclusive interventions for high-risk infants and children.
  • Proficiency in current mental health treatment practices and approaches.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multidisciplinary setting.
  • Highly desirable CAMHS experience.
