Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to fill a key position within our Child & Adolescent Mental Health service in Regional Victoria.

This exciting opportunity offers both full-time and part-time roles with flexible commencement dates, providing the successful candidate with the chance to make a meaningful impact in their community.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for children and families, developing and implementing tailored clinical treatment plans addressing biological, psychological, and social needs.

They will also provide ongoing risk management and crisis intervention, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client-centered care.

In addition, they will participate in regular clinical reviews and engage in continuous learning and improvement, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the latest best practices in their field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments of children and families to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address biological, psychological, and social factors.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting positive outcomes and improved mental health.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based interventions for high-risk infants and children.
  • Proficiency in current mental health treatment practices and approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
