Key Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Quality Assurance professional to join our team in a key role. This exciting opportunity involves ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency in all aspects of our operations.

  • This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Identify and report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as quality management, engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving quality performance and reducing defects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
