About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Iconic Recruit. As the Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenant arrears, reconciliations, reporting, and daily receipting in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Process and pay invoices, handle cheque runs, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Assist in preparing and entering annual budgets and reviewing rolling forecasts.
  • Manage annual outgoings letters, audits, and final reconciliations for retailers.
  • Ensure marketing budget adherence and process monthly sales data.
  • Prepare property performance and monthly reports, conduct variance analysis.
  • Assist with lease documentation, renewals, and rent escalations.
  • Manage payroll and provide weekly reports, supporting audits as needed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgets, outgoings, payroll, and lease administration is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
