You'll collaborate with our experienced and dedicated Real Estate team within our national practice based in Sydney. This opportunity will enable you to elevate your career and gain experience across multiple sectors as well as functions.

This is a hybrid position based in Warrang – Sydney.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support audit teams in peer review of valuation for financial reporting.
  • Pre and post transaction activities by undertaking real estate analysis on range of assets across Australia.
  • Work on new housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties.
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications.
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on projects and transactions.
  • Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including preparation of business cases.
  • Vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets.
  • Market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers.
Skills and Qualifications

Ideally, you'll also have strong analytical skills, communication skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV of API or MRICS.
