About the Role

This part-time opportunity offers 64 hours per fortnight, working in a dynamic nursing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Promote excellence in patient-centred care, oversee clinical risk management and participate in accreditation processes.
  • Administrative Management: Oversee financial, human, and equipment resources within the unit and maintain workforce profiles.
  • Strategic & Team Development: Lead with integrity, promote a collaborative work culture, and contribute to service planning to maintain care standards.
About You

Qualifications: AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife (essential), Tertiary qualification in Midwifery. Demonstrated experience across all midwifery domains, previous leadership and management experience, strong interpersonal, team leadership, and change management skills. Permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
