Wellbeing Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating thriving communities by supporting village teams to develop inclusive wellbeing programs.

  • Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs to enhance the wellbeing of residents.
  • Be a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns and provide support to village teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists to improve resident outcomes.
  • Champion consistency and celebrating success across your region.
