We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Retail Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and driving business success.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working closely with our Store Manager to deliver an unparalleled in-store retail experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for leading by example, growing and nurturing a talented team, and ensuring all store communication and updates are effectively communicated.

  • Sell our products through genuine connections with customers, always being a brand ambassador.\

  • Manage inbound customer calls and queries, setting clear expectations for the team.\
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising and inventory management.\

  • Assist in the rollout of visual merchandising changeovers, collaborating with product and marketing teams to create engaging displays.\
  • Ensure all brand standards for VM, beds, cleanliness, signage, and displays are consistently met.\

Skills & Attributes Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail environment.\
  • Passionate about sleep, interiors, design, and styling.\
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer experience.\
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with all departments.\
  • A self-motivated and team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results.\
  • Inventory management experience and a keen eye for optimizing retail operations.\
