Heavy Diesel Mechanic Team Lead

We're seeking a skilled technician to lead and develop our team. As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic Team Lead, you'll leverage your strengths, exceed customer expectations, and work with our leadership team to ensure accurate reports and timekeeping.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic/Diesel Fitter with 5+ years' experience in Heavy Vehicle or Engine related works.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills, ideally from a senior tech or leading hand role.
  • Great communication skills - teach apprentices, motivate the team, and be a great listener.
  • Strong experience in maintenance, service, and repair of heavy duty diesel engines.
  • OEM knowledge and experience in mtu, Deutz, Mercedes Benz, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, and Allison Transmission products.
