About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Disability Employment Consultant to join our team at APM in Glen Waverley, VIC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers and help them identify their skills and abilities to secure employment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers, and increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services.
  • Create and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support a clear pathway to employment.
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations to maximise job opportunities.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and a Working with Children Check.
  • Able to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
