Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Corporate & Commercial team as a Project Development Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and stimulating projects, engaging directly with clients and collaborating within a dynamic team environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to grow and evolve into a key member of our Corporate & Commercial team. As a valued member of the team, you will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic client engagement and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating construction and commercial agreements, acting for owners, contractors, and government in relation to infrastructure projects, advising on procurement methods, and drafting standard form tendering and contract documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment. They will also be able to collaborate on marketing strategies, represent the firm in networking events, and contribute to the expansion of our construction practice through tailored client solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in major projects work, infrastructure, and construction (commercial and domestic).
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas or frameworks clearly.
- Well-developed initiative, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
