About The RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work as an Experienced Primary Education Tutor at our Kip McGrath Education Centre in Bossley Park. You will be responsible for:
- Teaching students using our proven methodology
- Tutoring students in a positive, caring manner to promote self-esteem and self-worth
- Using our state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons, saving you time on preparation
- Being available to commit to every class you are scheduled to teach
- Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with students and parents
- Providing regular feedback to parents on student progress
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
- A teaching degree or in the final year of your degree
- A current Working with Children Check
- A friendly, professional, and personable manner
- The ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- A positive and vibrant personality
- Confidence using software and computers
- A genuine love for learning and teaching
- Reliable, high attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
As an Experienced Primary Education Tutor, you can expect to earn approximately $60-$80 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience. This role also offers opportunities for growth within the company and the chance to work in state-of-the-art facilities.
