Operations and Business Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Business Performance Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reports, forecasts, and revenue plans to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of our business performance.
- Contract Management: Conduct thorough contract reviews, manage conflicts of interest, and assist with legal approval on contracts to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree Qualification: A degree in a related field such as bookkeeping, accounting, commerce, economics, or business.
- Skills and Experience: Proven experience in financial management, contract management, and project coordination; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail; and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Drive, energy, and a personable nature; motivated self-starter with initiative; and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
