HVAC Commissioning Technician Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Commissioning Technician to join our team in Sydney. As a commissioning technician, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks such as water and air balancing works, essential services testing works, pipe flushing works, supervising subcontractors on site, and assisting the installation crew in identifying system faults and rectifying them.

The successful applicant will have relevant experience in similar roles with proven ability to carry out works. They should also have demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and problem-solve HVAC systems. A can-do attitude and time management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out water and air balancing works
  • Carry out essential services testing works
  • Manage pipe flushing works
  • Supervise/liaise with subcontractors on site
  • Assist the installation crew and work as a team to identify system faults and how to rectify
  • Attend on-site commissioning meetings and work closely with builders and builders' sub-contractors to assist in the successful commissioning of projects
  • Carry out prototype testing and any witnessing works
  • Assist in building fine-tuning works

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in similar roles with proven ability to carry out works
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and problem-solve HVAC systems
  • A can-do attitude and time management skills
