Baxter is a leading global healthcare company that is committed to making a positive impact on people's lives. We are seeking a highly skilled Mercury Process Specialist to join our ANZ Compounding Operations team.

As a Mercury Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Mercury Drug and TPN Systems across our compounding sites. Your key responsibilities will include investigating system and process issues, working with stakeholders to identify and document requirements, and reviewing proof of concepts and proposed design solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/JDE) and reporting systems
  • At least 5 years' experience in systems, processes, analysis, trouble shooting, reporting, and change management
  • At least degree qualified in an appropriate discipline such as Information Systems/technology, business, analytics, or science
