About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our Luxury Travel team at Flight Centre Travel Group. As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating high-end travel experiences for our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized luxury travel itineraries for clients, taking into account their unique preferences and needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences, and provide exceptional service to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and luxury travel products to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant with Flight Centre Travel Group.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury travel products, destinations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
