We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Solutions Architect to join our national team of security services professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects across Queensland and Australia, providing security and risk solutions to GHD's key clients.

As a Senior Security Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality, creative, value-added detailed design solutions that fit the needs of our clients and communities.

This includes:

  • Providing high-quality, creative, value-added detailed design solutions that fit the needs of our clients and communities.
  • Undertaking and reporting on Security Risk and Threat Assessments (SRTAs) for a variety of federal and local government agencies and clients.
  • Project Management and delivery of project solutions to program and budget.
  • Building and maintaining trust-based, long-term professional relationships with clients across all levels.

What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor of Engineering.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) / Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ).
  • Demonstrated, recent experience in the security environment (essential).
  • Eligibility for Commonwealth Government Security Clearance (essential) – GHD will support the application process.
  • Recent working experience with Govt Agencies, especially Correctional Facilities and Defence (highly regarded).
  • Security risk management degree/diploma (preferred).
  • Eligibility to obtain Security Licence (essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely.
