Looking for an Admin professional to join our team in Brisbane. This Administration/Accounts Officer role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in accounts management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have knowledge of administrative processes. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary.

Duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Paying and receiving accounts
  • Creating invoices
  • Handling cash transactions
  • Answering phone calls
  • Performing general office tasks

This is a full-time, permanent position with 38+ hours per week. The schedule includes Monday to Friday and every second Saturday.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office and administration
  • Able to commute or relocate to Brisbane, Australia
