Join us as an Accounts Administrator within ourFinance team, where you will work collaboratively with internal andexternal stakeholders to produce accurate and timely tradeinformation and invoices for the recovery of harbour dues,wharfage, port access charges and cargo-based securitycharges.

  • You're an experienced accounts administratorcomfortable to work with high volume invoicing.
  • You've got an eye for detail and pride yourself inbeing accurate and speedy with the keyboard.
  • You're keen to learn and consider yourself a fastlearner.
  • You enjoy working independently and collaboratively withina small friendly team.
  • You don't mind a bit of repetition, but you alsoenjoy wearing a few hats and having some variety within yourrole.
  • You're comfortable with MS Excel and comfortable tolearn a Master Terminal system.

As a Accounts Administrator, you'll be at the centre ofour organisation – processing trade manifests for all of thevessels arriving and departing Brisbane. While most day'syou'll be working on the invoicing side of what we do –you'll also learn and spend time within Accounts Payable andCollections.
