Practice Manager Opportunity at MyHealth

We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical centers in South West and West Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinics, including managing staff, finances, and administrative tasks.

You will work closely with our Area Manager to monitor clinic improvements and receive guidance on best practices. Our comprehensive support includes finance, payroll, marketing, and administration, allowing you to focus on team building and clinic enhancement.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical center setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing nursing and administration staff.
  • Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization of workflow.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice.
