Assistant Retail Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store profitability
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on automotive products and services
  • Manage conflicts and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a passion for delivering great customer service
