We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store profitability
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store environment, adhering to company standards
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on automotive products and services
- Manage conflicts and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a passion for delivering great customer service
