Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals to excel and reach their full potential.

This role involves leading skilled maintenance teams and performing servicing, repair, and maintenance of equipment as directed. You will also source technical information, provide guidance to staff, and requisition parts and equipment requirements.

  • Leadership of skilled maintenance team following directives
  • Perform the servicing, repair, and maintenance of equipment as directed in accordance with systems documentation
  • Source technical information from reference manuals, technical bulletins, and computer-based systems
  • Provide technical information to staff and operations personnel
  • Source and requisition parts and/or equipment requirements through the appropriate manuals or publications using the correct procedure

About you:

  • Certification III in Heavy Diesel Fitting or equivalent
  • At least 5 years mining experience with exposure to leading or supervision of maintenance HD Fitters
  • Positive leadership style with exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks while providing guidance and assistance to the maintenance team.
