We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Australia and New Zealand team in Sydney.

Job Description

To succeed in this role, you will need to have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be able to grow our footprint and deliver best-in-class service and solutions to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting senior bankers with marketing banking products, including traditional credit, structured credit, foreign exchange, and commodities
  • Conducting comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs and convert them into concrete financial solutions
  • Supporting senior bankers in conducting industry research and updating on regulation and macro economy
  • Coordinating internally with onboarding teams and product partners to work on client Know Your Client (KYC) standards for renewals, remediation, and onboarding of new clients
  • Supporting senior bankers in client engagement and new transaction processes end-to-end, development of forward-looking new business plans for clients, and maintenance of existing business relationships
  • Managing internal due diligence requirements and administration tasks to accelerate sales process
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications, capabilities, and skills are required for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a corporate banking front office role with a sound knowledge of corporate banking products
  • Understanding of local regulatory and market/industry landscape in Australia and New Zealand
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build trust with clients and internal constituencies
  • Solid commercial sense and execution-oriented
  • Impeccable communication details with the ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
