
Professional Office Support Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our business, working closely with our WorkCover and TAC teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and telephone calls in a timely manner
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting rooms, ensuring seamless coordination
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Perform banking duties, including paying invoices and managing cash transactions
- Assist with archiving, file management, and mail distribution
- Maintain accurate records and databases, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
