Administration Support Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your administrative skills in supporting families in need. Our organization, dedicated to providing services for vulnerable communities in Victoria's Loddon region, is seeking an Administration Officer to assist service delivery professionals with administrative tasks and reception support.

The administration team offers expert, efficient, and effective administrative assistance to program staff, managers, and service users. This position is casual, covering periods of leave at various offices within the administration team.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in administration or business support
  • Strong communication skills, enabling collaboration among teams
  • The ability to prioritize multiple high-importance and high-risk tasks
  • Self-motivation, coupled with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in communication, writing, and IT skills
