Job Title: Registered Nurse
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to deliver high-quality aged care services at our Toowoomba facility.
The successful candidate will be committed to providing safe and supportive care to residents, with a strong focus on their individual needs.
- Administer medication as prescribed by medical professionals
- Review and update resident care plans to ensure effective care delivery
- Conduct baseline and focused assessments to identify resident health concerns
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including residents' families
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A current Police Check
- Ability to work flexible shifts across day, afternoon, and night periods
- Valid Australian work rights (note: we cannot sponsor visa applications)
