About the Role:

We're looking for a Registered Nurse who is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication, empathy, and understanding among colleagues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
