Sales and Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Executive. In this role, you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in designated territories and ensure exceptional service.

About the Role:

  • Commercial Outcomes: Drive sales growth, achieve monthly targets, and expand Montu's reach in designated territories.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with pharmacy partners, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop initiatives that drive commercial outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
  • Partnership Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, increasing revenue and driving business growth.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Business Development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
