Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Service Ambassador to enhance the dining experience for our customers.

  • The ideal candidate will be able to deliver exceptional service, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will greet and serve customers with a smile, providing detailed information on menus and making recommendations.

  • You will work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.

Your Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (at least 1 year) would be advantageous.
  • A RSA Certificate would also be beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
