Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Asia Pacific region.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this leadership position oversees all aspects of the marketing function, including advertising, product marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, customer relationship management, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic marketing plan with clearly defined sales and operational objectives created in partnership with senior leaders to support business targets.
  • Manage brand reputation and awareness across trade and consumer environments.
  • Oversee brand positioning, creative development, and consistency across all marketing touchpoints within budget.
  • Collaborate with global teams to build and develop brand strategies online and offline and brand positioning in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Direct and oversee tactical marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media platforms, partnerships, and promotions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Full and permanent working rights in Australia.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing leadership role.
  • Expertise across brand management, digital marketing, trade marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
