About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical individual to join our team as a Receptionist - Member Concierge at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and membership sales
  • Ensure a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with club events and promotions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and staff
Requirements
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • First Aid/CPR certification desirable
