Part-time HR Administrative Specialist

Macro Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Part-time HR Officer. As a dedicated HR Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance and staff development for an educational institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating employee records.
- Assisting with recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, posting ads, and scheduling interviews.
- Handling employee queries related to payroll, policies, and entitlements.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, child safety standards, and certifications.
- Facilitating staff performance reviews and professional development.
- Mediating workplace conflicts and resolving staff grievances.
Requirements:
- HR qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field).
- Familiarity with NSW employment laws and educational compliance standards.
- Strong recruitment skills, including writing job ads and conducting interviews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Organizational skills to manage tasks over a 1-2 day workweek.
