About the Role

At our rehabilitation facility, we are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver exceptional person-centred care.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team environment, applying excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic care by coordinating treatment plans with other healthcare professionals, promoting optimal patient health and well-being.
  • Apply sound clinical practice principles to maintain a safe environment and prevent adverse events.
  • Develop effective communication strategies with the Registered Nurse regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care.
  • Integrate clinical and workplace risk management principles into daily practice to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety.
  • Maintain open communication channels with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimum patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • A Diploma of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification and AHPRA registration, with a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience within acute care/hospital settings.
  • Full Australian Working Rights.
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
  • A commitment to patient safety and quality improvements, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
