As a Product Access Assistant, you will help professionals access the products they need to maintain essential services.
About The RoleYou will provide customer service and information about products, undertake pick packing and stock control activities, and assist with maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
- Helping customers and ensuring a smooth branch operation
- Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
- Assist with maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
- Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Has a valid driver's licence
- Wants to develop their career
