Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Trades Assistant to join our team for a busy Boating Maintenance company. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting tradespersons in repairs and maintenance of boats, yachts, and ferries.

Daily duties will include:

  • General labouring and cleaning of the Boat Yard
  • Assisting tradespersons with tasks as directed by the supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A positive mental attitude and demeanor
  • Proven reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
  • Physical fitness, stamina, and ability to lift up to 25kgs
  • Forklift Ticket highly regarded (but not entirely essential)
  • Experience with Hand/Power tools (desired but not essential)
