Job Title: Servicing Boat Fleet Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring our fleet of boats is well-maintained and ready to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Providing safety instructions for team members and clients
  • Assisting with the launch and retrieval of craft
  • Performing routine and unscheduled maintenance of craft
  • Cleaning of craft and premises
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Australian boat licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in training and supervising team members
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Ability to promote and market business
  • Ability to work in a physical environment
  • Capable of manual handling
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Australian coxswains licence
  • Professional management qualifications
  • Working knowledge of boat systems and outboards
  • Working experience with composite materials
  • Fluency in second language
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar environment
