Data Insights Analyst

The Data Insights Analyst will support the Insights Manager to partner with stakeholders to provide timely, valuable and actionable insights that influence business decisions and drive changes for Hasbro, its customers and end-consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Sales Reports
Develop, utilise and maintain sales reports, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, analysis and insights generation.
Analyse Data and Develop InsightsAnalyse data and develop insights to drive brand, segment, retailer and category growth.
Report and Present Data InsightsReport and present data and insights that provide clear recommendations for users.
Instil a Data Led CultureAssist the Insights Manager to instil a data led culture.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, mathematics, finance, computer science or data science discipline.
Commercial Analytics Experience2+ years' experience in commercial analytics, data science or quantitative market research.
Technical SkillsStrong Excel skills essential. Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI and ability to derive marketing insights from data.
Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce accurate and timely solutions.
Numerical Literacy and Communication SkillsStrong numerical literacy with a passion for shaping and using data. Ability to effectively communicate a story through data.
Attention to Detail and Industry KnowledgeAttention to detail critical. Interest and knowledge of the entertainment and toy industries ideal.
Communication and TeamworkExcellent verbal & written communication. A growth mindset, constantly looking at ways to improve processes.
