Brisbane Health Hub Medical Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Medical Administrator to join our team based at the brand new Health Hub in Brisbane.
This is a permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week, with rostered hours from 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday (one day per month is a 7:00am start).
This will be an office-based role with on-street parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and providing a warm welcome.
- Answering phone calls and managing appointment schedules.
- Scheduling surgeries and theatre sessions, as well as quoting and billing for procedures.
- Processing patient payments and scanning/digitising records.
- Providing adhoc typing support as required.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and autonomously.
- Capacity to handle fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working in a specialist medical practice.
- Proficiency in using Patient Management software.
- Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and working with PDF files.
